Is John Mayer a PRS Artist?

John's name appears on the PRS Artist page.

Here is an Instagram pic John posted on May 8, 2015 of a custom PRS guitar that looks pretty nice, and #newtool.

John Mayer long time Fender Signature Artist has parted ways with Fender.  There has been much speculation as to why?  At this point no one really knows all the details.  We will keep you posted on any new information that surfaces.
