If you are not completely satisfied with any product for up to 7 day after your order is received, we will offer an exchange or a full store credit (store credit has no expiry date).

Because of the nature of online purchases and the lack of actual "touch and feel" perspective for items, L.A Music offers a 7 day return window from when your order received. A minimum 5% restocking charge will apply for returns on online purchases only.
Our online return policy does not apply to any in store pickups or purchases because you will be able to physically inspect the item and try it before leaving the store. Any in store pickups or purchases as such will apply to our 7-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee by Exchange or Store Credit.
Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving your purchase either by in-store pickup or by the ship date you received it. All returns are subject to a minimum 5% restocking fee. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges and a minimum of 5% restocking fee.
Email us or call us at 1.877.76 MUSIC (1.877.766.8742) or 905.271.0303 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Once you have your RA# (Return Authorization), write it in the space provided on the label. Returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
