Our In Store Policy:
7-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee by Exchange or Store Credit

If you are not completely satisfied with any product for up to 7 day after your order is received, we will offer an exchange or a full store credit (store credit has no expiry date).

All cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

Our Online Policy:

Because of the nature of online purchases and the lack of actual "touch and feel" perspective for items, L.A Music offers a 7 day return window from when your order was received. A minimum 8% restocking charge will apply for returns on online purchases only.

Our online return policy does not apply to any in store pickups or purchases because you will be able to physically inspect the item and try it before leaving the store. Any in store pickups or purchases as such will apply to our 7-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee by Exchange or Store Credit.

Return Procedure

Returns for online purchases will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving your purchase. All returns are subject to a minimum 8% restocking fee. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. Buyer receives a refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges and a minimum of 8% restocking fee.

Returns must include all original packaging, manuals and warranty cards. Customer must supply a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be inspected for wear or abuse, additional charges may apply. Returns after 10 days will NOT be accepted. No returns on special orders/non-stock, discontinued or clearance items, software, books, CD's, clothing, opened or used strings, internal earphones, harmonicas, drum heads, or sticks, turntable cartridges, bulbs, or tapes. L.A. Music does not give cash refunds if you paid by Visa or Mastercard you will be refunded by a credit to your card (processed within 7 business days). Other Authorized returns will be at your choice, credited on account, exchanged, or L.A. Music cheque (processed within 7 business days).

Email us or call us at 905.271.0303 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Once you have your RA# (Return Authorization), write it in the space provided on the label. Returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
