Take a magical trip back to 1962 with the Custom Shop 1962 Stratocaster® Relic®. This exquisite electric guitar authentically captures the look, feel and tone of an original era instrument.

The body is crafted from lightweight, resonant 2-piece select alder with an offset seam and finished in nitrocellulose lacquer for optimal tone and aging. The premium quartersawn maple neck has a comfortable '60s Oval "C" profile and is topped with a 3A rosewood fingerboard outfitted with 21 vintage-style frets.

Three Custom Shop Hand-Wound '60s Strat pickups provide incredible classic Strat tone with plenty of sweetness and snap. The 5-way blade switch and custom wiring give you a wide range of vintage-accurate tones. Whether recording or playing live, the Custom Shop '62 Stratocaster Relic will transport you back to the golden era of Fender with its incredible playability, comfort and authentic vintage vibe. This distressed beauty will inspire for decades to come.
